First, happy new year! We’ve been extremely busy, as usual, but we did get a few projects done. One of the best is also one of the biggest Dude Get on This projects in the house – the hallway. I’ve been talking about it for-ever. Like, over a year. I tried to fancy it up a little with some flora, but turns out, I don’t really love flora. So I tore it all down, yaaaaaaay.
Then it looked all Batman-y.
Just kidding, I decided to try out some magnetic primer.
That stuff is crazy. Four coats concentrated on the middle of the wall and I can hang all manner of (very light) things. It’s pretty neat.
After that, I moved onto round two – clearing out the blue. Don’t get me wrong, I loved it while it lasted, but my tastes have been smoothing out.
Lovely, lovely grey. One day, they’ll be a gallery wall on it with interchangeable magnetic art. Even so, that was only part 1. Part 2 came later and took much, much longer.
